hokijitu reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension pending review.
Each Player may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, identity documents, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to notify hokijitu promptly of any changes to your registered details. hokijitu will not be held responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been performed by you and shall be your sole responsibility.

All deposits must be made using payment instruments registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments — including accounts or cards belonging to friends, family members, or any other individual — are strictly prohibited. hokijitu reserves the right to suspend Accounts where third-party deposits are identified pending investigation.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These limits are displayed within your Account's deposit section and may be subject to change without advance notice.
hokijitu does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own transaction charges, for which hokijitu accepts no responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits may be subject to network fees outside of hokijitu's control.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions being met: (a) your Account has completed KYC verification; (b) there are no pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn; and (c) no fraud or security review is active on your Account.
hokijitu processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, hokijitu will process the withdrawal via an alternative method at its discretion following appropriate identity verification.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. hokijitu shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a direct result of such interruptions.
hokijitu's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting the hokijitu support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following satisfactory identity verification.
Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, hokijitu reserves the right to retain any balance within the Account pending investigation, and to apply deductions in respect of any losses, costs, or damages incurred by hokijitu as a result of the breach.
